I love Autumn! Not just because my birthday is in September, but because I'm drawn to the shifting energies of the Earth and the profound sense of completion this season brings. October holds particularly potent energy—the veil between worlds grows thin, and messages flow more freely from those who have crossed over. I'll never forget the year my grandmother appeared in my shower—not to startle me, but to remind me of our last conversation, when she cried and told me she knew she wouldn't see me again. She was right and as I was writing this, I went into the kitchen to get some water and check on dinner. I came back and sat down, wondering where a buzzing sound was coming from. I have a little red light therapy wand that I use on my face, and it was lit up and vibrating on the desk, turned on all by itself. Ok, Grandma, I love you too! Hah

This month, release your need to control every outcome. Allow Spirit to bring form to your desires—but first, ask yourself: are these truly your desires, or someone else's? You may think you know what you want, but your higher self and the Divine see your Akashic records across lifetimes, guiding you toward your highest path. Trust this guidance. You've achieved the perfect alchemy of hard work and Divine trust, accomplishing so much during this powerful period. Take notes—capture what you did and how you're feeling right now.
